On 5/21/26 there are 38 households who are at risk of becoming homeless, and 69 households are literally homeless in Lamoille County. In total, there are 147 adults and 61 children who are at risk of or are currently experiencing literal homelessness in Lamoille County. 

Sharing Priority

UWLC Director of Finance & Operations: This is a new, high-impact role at the heart of our organization; partner closely with our Executive Director and serve as the financial

backbone and operational engine of UWLC

  • Part-time hybrid position with the high potential to grow into a full-time role; 2 days per week in the office and flexibility for remote work on remaining days

  • Lead on:

    • Finance & Accounting: budgeting, GAAP reporting, audits, financial dashboards, compliance

    • Human Resources: payroll, hiring, benefits administration

    • Operations: vendor contracts, procurement, facilities oversight

    • Fundraising Support: donation tracking, grant management, donor mailings

    • Systems: process improvement, IT onboarding and coordination

  • Salary range: $30–$32 per hour, commensurate with experience.

  • Target start date: June 22

Lamoille Family Fest - Celebrating 50 years of serving the community!

  • 6/6, 11:30am-2pm, Free

  • Entertainment and musical performances, food, activities, planting projects, face painting, free books

  • Drive up car seat safety checks, touch-a-tractor, playground, and more

  • Geared toward children ages 0-12 but all are welcome.

Lamoille Housing Summit - daylong gathering will bring together neighbors, business owners, and community leaders to address the growing housing challenges in our region.
